The city can be a dangerous playground, with a safe helmet the active urbanites’ first line of defence. The Meta is an all-sport city helmet, featuring a ventilated, lightweight In-mold construction and TSG's easy to adjust Dial Fit System for a perfect fit on the move. Full-wrap In-Mold construction adds a second PC shell for a clean look and additional strength in the helmet’s bottom rim. The Tuned Fit System allows a rider to dial in their fit using different thickness pads on the interior of the helmet. These helmets always come with two sizes of pads.

- You can also use a piece of string or cable and then measure it.

- Find the helmet you like in our website and use this measure to choose your right size (sizes are shown in cm).
