These elbow pads achieve its purpose perfectly, since thanks to the pads and the fixation system you'll be able to skate totally protected without realizing that you have them on.

Generic sizes: how to determine my elbow pad size?

- Using a measuring tape, measure your arm fully extended at elbow level.

- You can also use a piece of string or cable and then measure it.

- Use this size to check the following chart and find your elbow pad size:

XS	S	M	L	XL
< 17.5	17.5 - 20.5	21 - 25.5	28 - 30.5	33 - 33.5

- Remember that this an approximation and it is not a perfect method, yet still highly accurate. If you still do not know your elbow pad size, please contact our customer service team.
