- Using a measuring tape, measure round your head at forehead level.

- You can also use a piece of string or cable and then measure it.

- Find the helmet you like in our website and use this measure to choose your right size (sizes are shown in cm).

- Remember that this is not a perfect method, yet still highly accurate. If you still do not know your helmet size, please contact our customer service team.
